Learn the best way to cook a ham!

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Place the ham on a rack in a large baking pan and add about ¼-½ inch of water to the pan.
  3. Heath 8-10 minutes per pound or to an internal temperature of 140 degrees.
  4. It's ready to serve!

*Tip - If you are glazing the ham, score it first! Here's some of our favorite ham glazes:

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup water
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup honey
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp ground cloves
  • 4 cloves of garlic (smashed)


Directions:

  1. Heat butter until melted.
  2. Add honey, mustard, and seasoning until blended.
  3. Add water and bring to a slow simmer.
  4. Pour over ham.
  5. Cover and bake.
  6. Uncover and baste for the last 30 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup honey
  • ½ cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp ground mustard
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon

Directions:

  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl and heat in microwave for 30 seconds or until smooth.
  • Brush ham with the mixture.
  • Add 1 cup of water or apple juice to the bottom of the pan.
  • Cover and bake.
  • Uncover and baste for the last 30 minutes.
